To give you an idea of what the different classes might focus on, beginners classes start you off by teaching you the foundations of a strong Pilates practice. This means you’ll learn the fundamentals of form, alignment, and body awareness. Beginner classes are suitable for people with any level of fitness.

As you progress in your Pilates practice, you’ll begin to learn more complex movements and start incorporating equipment into the routines. Intermediate exercises will continue to build your balance and coordination through the introduction of more coordinated movements.

At higher levels, classes start to pick up the pace and challenge your body and mind more with faster transitions and more advanced exercises. You’ll really start to notice improvements in strength in addition to balance and coordination as you progress up through the levels.

Whatever your fitness level is, we’ll help you find a class that works for you. Thanks to the modifications available  — there are hundreds of exercises on multiple pieces of equipment available — Pilates is both safe enough to be used for injury rehab and challenging enough to push even the strongest of athletes. Let us help you achieve your fitness goals while fostering a strong mind-body connection.
